ComCoSim workshops generate intensive engagement and challenge the participants in their emotional, sozial, mental and methodical skills. The compentencies are activated through live-experienced problems.
Personal strength and impact; the personal presence, acting as role model. Handling Emotions, handling uncertainty, dealing with stress.
Taking responsability in projects and tasks, the power of persuasion and assertiveness, handling resistance, beeing initiative, dealing with risks and with time.
Capability for abstraction and analysis, handling of complexity and dynamic, developing strategy and objectives, methods of decision support and process control, handling media and communication tools.

ComCoSim introduces competencies specifically tied to live problems the participants experience; not following a strict schedule. In our simulations communication happens "live"; as well as negotiating with bank, suppliers or clients.
This leads to higher acceptance and transfer results.
