Intercultural & international collaboration

Competencies always depend on the context - international und interkulturell.

We do not teach 'how other cultures function' - we bring these cultures together in a challenging live sitation, face them with a complex task. Then we reflect how the experienced difficulties can be eased and what is 'cultural' about them.

Different approaches of learning

Our experinces ranging from China, east-Europe and the western countries made clear that 'laerning by experience' fascinates and is highly apreciated - and that Hybrid Qualification means enthusiasm, openness and motivation.

In our simulations participants have their tablet in their native language. The challenge then starts to find a common language, strategy and success.
